Yeah, I don't think it's time for a ban at all but an attitude adjustment would be nice. A little time off might do just that.

You must have typed the name in at GT for a search.
If you go to DOU's sniper server page and click on his name off of the leader list you will see he has no profile on GT.

I think 30 days sounds reasonable. It gives them time to think about why they can't play here. I would be ok with anything from 30 days up to 90 days but not less than 30. A week or two just isn't enough to make them really think about it.

Not the same one you showed in the profile above. When you click on the happy_camper link in that profile it lists every single person that uses happy_camper for a nick. It's misleading but that's the way GT's search is set up.
Click on the name you circled in your last post. It will say NO PROFILE. Not the same person. Besides, his IP puts him in the US.
