Yup, I've run his IP before while he was on the server. Definitely came back US, and he was being his usual charming self so it was him for sure. If I remember right it comes back Kansas.

There was a player on tonight with an Atlanta IP who was showing behavior very much like Happy C. Think it was Exterminator or something like that.
checked both IPs and they are the same latitude and longitude. And the ping is the same.
