I voted yes, because he did follow the ban rule after he said he figured it out. Which leads me to believe he is a moron and will probably screw up again. But also to show we are fair, and if he believes that, he may influence others that they need to follow the rules. After all, it was a 30 day ban. Stand by your word.

I have to agree with Abberation - when he was finally tossed from the server and he was getting around the ban he would come on and when anyone would go into admin to get rid of him he would type "LOL". He even told me once not to waste my time - "I'll just come back when you go away".

How about we give him a month to prove his sincerity if he puts a foot wrong then that's it he had his chance and blew it once and for all... after the month he's reviewed and go from there...?????

I think any form of a second chance would be more than fair, I would go with that. A probation of sorts.

By the vote it seems more want to give him the rope to see if he will hang himself, or not.

I asked him to stay off the server while we discussed his appeal. As far as I know He has.

Yeah I have to agree with R-Mad here, fair play does not diminish us. If he doesn't take his second chance here seriously than he's the schmuck not us. We are honoring our word whether he stands by his or not.

I agree. Except for one thing. Our temp ban was based off the players taking the 30 days off once they knew they were temp banned. HC knew for a long time he was temp banned. Many of us told him many times yet he kept playing and changing IP. Only after he tired of the kicks did he make the effort. So our word and our name were spit on only to let him come back well after the fact. No honor needs be given in this situation IMO.
