If he comes back and starts being an ass he won't be around long. I won't stick up for him again.

I know he's been an ass in the past, I'm not defending his actions. I just believe everyone deserves a second chance provided they see the error of their ways. He may or may not be sincere about changing but one thing is certain we will know about it one way or another pretty quick.

Final tally 9 to 5, 64% in favor of giving Happy another shot. This is a clear majority. I asked him to wait and he has.

Unless there is some Superadmin override comming I plan to send him a pm by days end telling him he can come back to the server but that he will be on probation.

I know there are some that are not thrilled with the idea. All I ask is let him hang himself.
