Exactly why he deserves his ban.
He never replied to my pm but as soon as the ban was made he hit the forum pretty quick.

He joined when I was playing on map Bistro about 11.00 AM EST. I told him that he is banned from the server. He seemed to be surprised and wanted to know details. I said to him, that he should visit the forum DOU, and Cyg sent an email to him. He claimed he had not received any email. That's all.
