Will we allow HiT-MaN back on the server?
HiT-MaN has made an appeal to his ban, so now its up to the clan to decide if he earns it to get unbanned again. His appeal sounds sincere to me and I personaly think we should give him a second chance. We dont have an appeal procedure for nothing so give it a try.
In his favor: Remember that this player doesn't has a long history of rule breaking. His security thread is only a week long, so we can see him as a newbie on this.

Good player familiar with the basic rules of camping. Like everybody, had he better and worse days.
He sounds sincere, and not arrogant like his brother TapouT...

Give 'em a 2nd chance. He fucks up, he's gone. I personally never played against him but if he took the time to come here and plead his case w/all the other server options out there then wth.

This is just how the whole process should work. Warnings didn't get his attention but the ban did. We did not have to put up with months of crap with him.
Now he knows, seems repentant, and wants another chance. I vote yes.
Lets just make very sure that if he does win this appeal and gets back on he knows our rules and understands that there will be no 3rd chance.
How many appeals has the clan had? He is probably 1 of a few that really wants in! Give the guy a 2nd chance...then if he screws up.... :herestoyou:

Yes. Can be rebanned if he messes up again.
I would swear we had more problems with him in the past. Either way Ill vote to let him back. But IMO if he goes to breaking rules right off the bat then fuck him
I voted to give him another chance, I don't remember him being a problem in the past, there have been many new run and gunners in the server that bring out the worst in all of us.
I for one will be keeping a close on on him.He had the decency to come in and apologize.

I'll hope he's learned to listen to the Admins.
I',m satisfied the way this has worked out.
It seems the three strikes out / permanent Ban with a chance to Appeal is doing fine.
