Kicked him tonight for constant running and xlocking all over the map, then went chasing a player and killed him. demo of this is hitshit.dem.
I made a demo a couple days ago hit.dem, agin all over doing the same shit he was banned for, both can be downloaded at this

start game and hit ~ key to open console
type demoplay filename
enter.
I think we need to reinstate his ban.

Well he did enough to get banned, then did enough to win his appeal, now he has done enough to warrant his ban back.
At least we know in our hearts we gave him hid due process, he has chosen his own fate.
He has failed to play according the DOU sniper rules after he was unbannend. Therefor his Permanent Ban will be active again. No possibility for an appeal this time.
