Is he saying ...
A) he used his friends nick (zeb (blue eyes)) when he played on his friends computer?
Or, is he saying ...
B) he used his friends computer and used to go by the nick zeb (Blue eyes)?

My thoughts are that Hosni is in fact zeb(blue eyes) and is trying to get out of his ban, so he can play on his own IP again...

According to the current KOS list, zeb(blue eyes) is not banned....
Remember that in the current list of KOS, are listed both the banned and the KOS guys/gals...
This list will be updated in the next days...

-Hosni has been playing off his friend's computer (Zeb Blue Eyes) for the past week or so.
-His alias is Deadsouls (spelled with some fruity ass characters) which checks out with the IP that I have for him 99.251.82.49
-Like I said before, his IP IS on the banned list on the RSA about 10 from the bottom
I asked who banned him before on this thread and nobody came forward which is a little disconcerting in itself. If we don't need to a vote to ban someone anymore, please let me know- I have about 20 players to add to that list. (sacasm to prove a point... hopefully).
If he's not been banned, I would suggest taking his IP off the ban list via RSA or otherwise.
After speaking with him in game, via PM, and now reading Natan's conversation with him, I don't think he's a troublemaker at this point. I do however think he drinks a large can of "Dumb Ass" everyday.
I say let's UN-ban him and see how he does. If he continues to drink his dumb ass each morning, we can always put him up for a "to be banned" vote.

These are all standard DOU protocols and yes they should have been followed but someone dropped the ball.
I'm for giving him another shot to see what happens. It's never too late to add someone to the ban list.

So what is the conclusion?
We unban him because it seems like an acidential ban?
(or at least a ban that wasn't properly done according to our own rules).
Who decides when he gets unbanned and who does the job?
(do we all agree so far that he is not officialy banned and therefor isn't banned at all)?
On a personal note:
I think he is walking a thin line with obeying our server rules. On the other hand he seems to be open for discussion.
That means he could be changed to play more according to the server rules, which is a possitive thing.
