I thought he behaved a bit better this time, but I'll guess he will never learn.

I played against him recently several times. I didn't spectate him, but his game seemed to be not worse than other players, for example [OMA]DEVIL_CHILD. I saw him camping. Indeed, perhaps he was moving a bit too often from spot to spot. IMO, he isn't the same Ragnarok, which in the past ran and jumped all over the entire map. Of course, we should keep an eye on him just in case.

Ragnarock was dropping trans, how many times has he been told not too.

Not really the biggest offence in the game. A kick should be sufficient.
