Allright, SS and Mimetic are buddies.

What right do we have to boot someone just because they are friends with someone we don't like? None, zip, nada.

They want to whisper sweet nothings into each other's ears over at ZSZ, fine. That has nothing to do with us. IF they get banned over there or elsewhere for some reason, well...that's something that needs looking into. BTW, I believe I seen SS on their cheaters list at some time but that still doesn't give us the right to ban Mimetic here because of something SS did.

We deal with what they do here. SS is not welcome. Mimetic has not (yet) done anything to earn the same fate. Don't know about the other admins but I do watch him closely when I have the opportunity. And I only do so because there's been much suspicion voiced about him. So don't go trying to instigate anything with him otherwise you'll be the one getting into hot water and not him. If Mimetic is running a cheat he'll eventually get caught. But remember there HAS been alot of scrutiny focused on him already and no one has been able to prove anything. The only thing he's been guilty of so far is trying to push the rules as far as he can get away with, being an asshole and having poor taste in buddies. Not someone I care to have around but nothing to ban him over either.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm for cleaning up the server ( and believe me I share that with you), the fact that Memetic knows, and is friendly with someone who we have banned from out server in, and of itself, is not enough to ban Memetic.

If that were true there would be a lot more players banned from our server. For instance we did not ban Wisdom just because he is friends with =&.

Another example, we had a player that came to our server that was friends with several of the XiS guys, most of them are banned here. She was not only allowed to play here, she became a sponsored recruit here. Etc, etc.

There is no automatic guilt by association here. Players are only punished for the rules they themselves break, not the rules someone they know breaks.

Okay, i will not post if it aint going to get him band but i sure as hell will safe guard these files.

As for trying to start a fight or instigate with Mimetic i did not fuel anything tonight. I asked Scay if he was on vent came on and they followed, i didnt even talk when they were there. Only sat silently and recorded not one word came out of my mouth.

Be patient, Mimetic will slip and hang himself, sooner or later. 😉

Well that's collateral damage, unfortunately it does happen from time to time. It's not intentional.

My point was we try to be as fair as we possibly can be.

Okay tonight i have been on vent for about an hour.

I have to have my volume off because mom has been upstairs with me all night (really agrivating)

Anyways, when i first came on vent i saw HappyFnCamper, PaKDoA, and someone named aaaa.

Now with aaaa person went in and out not talking. I switched into idle and back to the lobby, disconnected and reconnected. I suspected the worst. I saw Mimetic on the sniper server so i also exspected that rebel must be on. So i exited Unreal because i dont want to play with these two ass holes. (i think it was a good idea) Then i went off to watch tv and thought to myself what if they are to come in to vent with out me seeing or hearing (i would need to report this). So, i decided i would turn my vent overlay on because has 3 lines in it devoted to recording connections and disconnections. As soon as i turned it on i saw this.

Since i had my volume i was not sure what if he had been saying anything so i pmed Happy about it and asked if he had heard SS come in and he said no. So he must have just been staying quiet. (Possibly just recording us)

I still feal this should not happen and that he should be banned from vent because his previous actions (spamming us with horrible comments)

If he comes on vent again (mom just left upstairs) i will continue to kick him until he leaves.

This is why he hates Lovely, but i am nobodies recruit, and through his statements he makes fun of both me and Lovely and a few other things. Nothing completly over the top, but rude regardless. I would also like to say that i am very close to quitting UT and only playing in the FN matches cause im tired of these ass holes and many others who ruin my game day in and day out and despite me being as nice as i can and asking these people:

"will you please not run and gun m8"

then asking if they understand by saying

"k?"

and then getting no response just another revenge attempt.

I am fed up and now that i cant go to any other sniper servers with out the same problems i dont really see any reason for playing UT.
