Your expectations for this server seem a little unrealistic Rev, no pun intended.

Since no one gets paid to babysit a server 24-7 there are always going to be issues like you are having here. There are some weeks better than others but anytime you get this many people from different parts of the world and tell them they have to obey a set of rules that half of them have never read and that no one is there to enforce, you are going to have problems. Quick as we get rid of one sociopath, another takes his place. Check how far the security threads go back, and endless parade of idiots. Mods ruin the fun and kill the traffic so whats the answer ?

The way I have always dealt with it is when it starts to get to me, I take a break for a while and come back later. Sometimes a couple of weeks later

One thing for sure, letting yourself get all bent out of shape over it ... a) isn't worth it ...b) won't change anything.

I will be in vent tonight from around 8pm est til midnight, hanging around so anybody can come in and express any issues or concerns, or even requests.

During that time I will be working on the servers too.

If I am a bit late it is because I slept in, but I will be there. Also, if I seem idle it is because nobody needed me for a few minutes so I am AFK but will be back shortly.

I figured I would post it here since this seems to be a hot topic at the moment. Also, this way just the forum whores will see this. 😛

No they are friends, and that is very clear through the recordings. But again like Mama said i just have to w8 till the little bastard slips. As for now, they have made ZSZ their little home server so i aint going there despite the friends i have got there.

Might want to mention to them SS has already made their ban list. They may wish to extend it to Vent as well.

Just c/p their log information on him in their forum and told them of some of the other names and that he brought another Neo Nazi friend with him and knows mimetic well (they dont like mimetic either). I did refreain from writing the messages that he spammed people in vent with that one night.

SS is now blackholed, he is gone. Let me know if he gets in via another subnet.

Incase you didnt see (and for all the people who were not there) he said along the lines of):

I dont want to be gone, i will follow the rules, i will be good give me another chance. (tommy replys you were given plenty of chances) he whines some more then says.

Well i will just get around it like before. I can change my IP, i have an IP in China right now! Wanna see? i just kept trying to tell him that would not work but he would not listen. But then out of the blue POOFF!!! he was gone. I was not sure if you had just nailed his sorry as or if his connection went out. Btw he was using the name "Haunted"

The Haunted I know was from the TKK No Rulz sever, he camped the times I saw him here, may only have done so because I was there don't know.

He knows, was on actually (haunted, along w/some other cum stain that was using T's name) when servers where being switched.

You saw him poof when I loaded the new router ban list on the box. He may get in from a proxy or by stealing a wifi connection, but neither of those will be good experiences for him and we will just close the holes as we see them.

I went on TKK server because ours was somewhat empty because of the IP change.

So at the end of the first map and connected to their TS because from time to time i go and talk with them. Who was there? Mimetic...

What was he doing there?

Saying lots of crap and criticizing about Lovely and server rules and how DOU is a democracy with all the power with the top admins (whom he knows so well and thinks they think so fondly of him).

So first ZSZ vent now TKK TS... he has probably been to others too. What i think he is doing is just going around rallying up people in other clans and trying to get them to feel less of us.

A few things he said:

DOU changes their rules on the fly. If you go on their website you will see that they change their rules.

The thing is about DOU, is that they have a double standard. They can break the rules but they get bent out of shape when you do.

He went on to talk about our deemers and how we are a Deemer clan and he even brought up your name Tommy on this subject

Then he made some really blows about Lovely. Even if you think Lovely's playing style is questionable these are just uncalled for...

A few other things that are just a little to rude to talk about so i am going to keep them to myself and not tell anyone.

Few other things and had i stayed on a little longer i could have heard more (but my screen resolution changed so i had to restart my pc)

I do believe pushing other clans to critisize ours is not a very nice thing to do and i do believe that their should be a ban. But unfortunately that choice is not mine.

Again through this whole chat going on i remained completely silent just listening.

I would have made a recording but i dont know how to record on ts, only vent.

Everyone Memetic talks to has to think what a turd he is in the first 10 miutes. I wouldn't worry about him convincing anyone of anything.

People gossip, it happens. The more worried you are, the more power you give it. Learn to not give a crap, life is easier that way. 10 years from now you won't even remember you posted this.
