I.P.ToCountry and HostnameBan

With HostnameBan I can now ban an entire host from the server. This is useful for banning people who jump I.P.s all the time within an ISP.

The first one (and the one I added this for is acanac.net. This is the ISP (DSL) run by canaca (name sound familiar???) that we have been having so many problems with lately (aka: The Canadians). There are 3 of them, and I believe that this ban will take care of 2 of them. I will look into dealing with the other ASAP.

To see what this mutator can do, type "mutate hb" in the console after logging in as admin on the sniper server. Nobody should be adding or removing hostnames without first discussing it here.

b) really understand their minds...(may be they are not bad people or simply they are.....) :jester: :doggy:

I believe they are young boys who need some atention and they want to be accepted in a group...or clan. (that is something natural in young people)

They both talk english pretty well when they want to, such as taunting and whining. Are we to believe that they can't read the rules in english but can do that? I think not. They understand, they just don't like to follow them. Why do you keep defending the rulebreakers?

I have had long talks with both of them (especially =&) and I have no doubt they perfectly understand what DOU expects of them as guests on our server. Unfortunately, both have proven time and again they simply don't give a crap about any rules. They just want to win at any cost.

I'm sorry R_Mad, I don't see where there's been any sort of a language barrier here. I'm certain they both understand English well enough.

Try to read well this Evil: I'm not defending rulebreakers, I'm thinking how to fix the problem with other methods. Ouviously kickban does not functions like we wish, so it is necessary to use the head too to find a good solution.
