For me it also smells fishy. He knows some maps well. When a map is new or too difficult for him, he withdraws from the game. I was spectating him, it seemed like he played as many other players. In any case, his skills and the scores do not go hand in hand.
I believe he is cheating also...
He is one of several I've been watching lately.

I've spectated him several times and I think we must be very careful if we're accusing someone of using a cheat without being absolutely sure about it.
There will always be players that stand out of the rest. It won't be always a cheat. Some are just very skilled players with years of experience. I dont say that this is the case on this player, but I still want to be carefull accusing someone of using a cheat without absolute proof.
Played against him yesterday, he seemed to die as well as the rest of them 😈

We are not accusing him, just saying, and only between us, we suspect or believe he is cheating... 😮
Same as you, I have been watching him several times, and I still believe that he is using a cheat... 😕
Believe or suspect is not prohibited I guess...
Like Bison, I killed him two or three times lately during different games, but he killed me in two maps in some impossible positions, that raise my suspect.
Anyway I'll continue watching him...

But if you're preventing me not to accuse him without proof. I've never done such a thing. So you do not need to prevent me... 🙂

His ping is much lower than mine. This gives him a slight advantage, but not in a camping.

My point? He's probably cheater.
Btw. Bison is cheating too. His black skin is darker than mine and recently he changed his black skin during the game, fearing that I will tear it off. 
A cheat can be turned off and easily from what I understand so maybe that's happening for some DOU players and not others. A good test might be for an admin to play few maps with him under a different name and not with a DOU tag.

I don't understand that either,
Did you see in the demo aprox. 10 min. left in the game when {dou-r}Soulzy came up behind him, he could not see Soulzy and started shooting at the wall and moving back, because he knew he was back there before he could see him.
And yes just because you are using a cheat does not mean you wont get killed, if a player never got killed he would be kicked in a game or two for cheating.
Cheats are made to be difficult to detect.
That line was in respons to R_mads reply.
When I use the word ‘if’ we’re acussing him… then we dont accuse him yet.
If I would have used the word ‘when’ we would already have accused him.
I cant state it any clearer than that.
But back to the issue. I think we have to be carefull if we're going to accuse players using a cheat.

What are other servers using to detect cheaters?
The new version of ACE v9C was supposed to be out a year ago, no one knows when, or if ever it will be public.
No one is accusing this guy of cheating and I don't think we need to argue about it, the purpose was to watch the demo and give your opinion, then we can make a decision as to what action if any we should take.
