I suspect this player of cheating, please give your opinion

Just wanted to post that within 2 minutes of coming in to play, Loque was up to 25frags and 1death.

He walked all over the guys that had been in since the beginning of the game which were _Rad and Dr_Boom. Just doesn''t make sense.

I asked him directly, whether he cheats during the game?

He said - no.

I wonder, how can you find so quickly so many targets?

He said, that he plays UT 9 years and has good skills in this.

I was spectating him on map GZ-Neighborhood.

He was moving a bit too much and that was all, what I noticed. He has been finding targets, which I couldn't see.

Well - I would say no too if I were using a cheat and no-one could pin me for it. I myself have been playing 11 years and sometimes I have skills - sometimes it's a bad day. However I never consistently run a server full of experienced players. He pulls off targets much in the same way Memetic used to.

Hahahaha! Rad, it was funny that you noticed my "!Ace cheating" command!!

There is no such command. I was bluffing to see if it would slow him down and I think by the time i did he had turned his cheat off because he slowed way down.

I asked him recently whether is he cheating and I expected that he will answer me "no", but I expected also that he will stop cheating for some time. Today he played quite well, but not as good as usual. Wasn't he cheating, was he?

Yes I have noticed he is not playing as well, he knows he is being watched.

No surprise. Every time is only a suspect, because we do not have access to the server logs, and, on the other hand, the ACE seems do not work here.

I do not remember we had banned a guy using proofs.

I will follow this method. But as we are democratic, and I can give my opinion, I insist on my point that our current system is bad. We seem to an arbitration tribunal, or a justice court.

P.S. I say this because I was an opinion forum moderator during several years. Our security officer had this police: When a troublemaker raised, he asked us a simple question "we need this one here?"; "is he/she important for us..?" If yes, we must to hold up. If not, then bye, bye. After all we were not a court of justice. We needed a quiet forum. And we had a quiet forum.

To make a long story short. I will put up a ban vote for this one.
