I've run into some troubles with another {DOU} Member/Admin. I thought I would bring this matter out in the open.
Recently I saw {DOU}The_One spectating while not on Teamspeak. I was watching on the RSA and did ask him to get on TS3 when he was spectating. (Like /3ison told me so) He asked me if I where Tommy, when I said it was NATAN he reacted with "Ohh".
Since that day, just a couple of weeks ago, he seems to have an attitute problem towards me.
Now today when I played a game on the server a guestplayer was on (Piruska) with a totaly black skin which we consider as a cheat. I told him to change the skin.
The_One started arguing with me and told me to chill. he even started to challenge me.
Here is the conversation that developed after that:

Now I’m not easily ofended, but I don’t think this is the way another Admin should react in public on the server towards me. I’m not always yelling at someone. When I spectate on the server I ask someone in a normal way to obey our server rules. I’m always very patient and friendly when I kick someone.
{DOU-M}Zing and {DOU-M}matrix where also on the server and all three had the same IP. If {DOU}The_One wants to show of for the mini’s he’s doing that to the wrong person this time.
I am a well respected Clan Member, Admin and Recruitment Officer. I sure don’t need this crap towards me !
Frankly I am a bit pissed off at the moment.
First, The_One is an Admin? I don't recall that but maybe I'm forgetful.
Second, I recall some attitude and/or behavioral issues with him before.
IMO, not a good candidate for an Admin.
Third, if he's an Admin, then his buddy, AK47 also potentially has that very access. It may also very well be who Natan was dealing with. Even more reason not to have him as an Admin.
And I fully agree with Natan's sentiments here. The_One tried to make him look like the bad guy on our server which is something an Admin should never do to another. If there's a conflict, ALWAYS deal with it on the security forum. NO WHERE ELSE.
I would suggest revoking The_One's Admin status and change the passwords to spectate and Admin.
The soapbox is now free for the next person....

On the other hand, despite this, I fully support NATAN in this case...
I agree with Cyg respect the risks involved if The_One and/or JK47 have access to the RSA
Natan I believe that you have the full support of the people responsible here in the clan, otherwise you would not be recruiting officer, so feel free to use your authority in this events...
If I would have had that discussion with The_One probably I would kicked him to precipitate the issue over here...
i am not an admin ,but i have some thing to say about that,how do we know that they are all in one room and one is spectating to give out player positions,that is some very shady ass shit.

NATAN is always RESPECTFUL, even when dealing with the rudest of players. I have NEVER witnessed him yelling at anyone while dealing any rule breaker. I give my full support to NATAN's judgment. If anyone has ADMIN passwords they should be changed at once and if that person is giving those codes to players outside Clan DOU they too should be outside Clan DOU!!!

Kids SHOULD NOT HAVE ADMIN CREDENTIALS if we are going to run a mature server.
He isn't an admin, he just has the spectator password. At one time that wasn't as guarded as it is now.
He shouldn't be talking crap back to you like that though.
Also when did we decide that dark skins are cheats? Many claim our clan skin is. As I said before who cares, if you don't have that skin from downloading it somewhere you won't see it. I don't see jasmine's skin or even the assassin skin or any of the other goofy shit people use. Only what I downloaded and have gotten off our server.
Every time I go play on TKK which hasn't happened for a long time I have to delete a bunch of crap skin textures that I don't want to see.

Ok I see that it was a mod not a skin, so it's different. As a command I assume then it forces everyone to see it looking dark or whatever, unlike a skin? That would suck ass, I would call that bad.

Yes, this is not a skin. It is a skin hack that makes you black as the ace of spades, no color at all, you can also change it in game to any color you want. if you in a green texture you can make your skin green. including your face and gun. you cannot be seen.
The other issue is we suspect The_One may have been spectating and telling JK47 and or Nasty where players were hiding.
If this is the case it does not make us look very good.

I don't think he has access to RSA, just the ability to spectate, it is possible.
We do not have a policy on skins as far as I remember. If there is a skin we would like to ban from play, I can add it to vahalla avatar.
This whole mess sounded to me to be mostly a battle of ego's. However, I will ask Dylan to have him STFU.

Has nothing to do with an ego, not from my side anyway. I just want to get treated with respect like I respect others. I didn’t start the fire here.
I saw him spectate for a few maps in a row, so thats why I thought he was an Admin. Now I’m also thinking he has just catched the spectate password somehow. I didn’t know much about his backgrond. Now I know it’s just a kid. I didn’t want to kick for what I thought was an Admin, but next time he is going to behave like this I will kick him for sure !
Btw no need to change the spectating password imo. If he isn’t an admin he hasn’t the right to spectate I guess, so if I see him spectate again next time I will kick him with all pleasure….

Spectate was meant for all {DOU} not just Admins.

BUT ❗ It is ONLY to be used for recruites and people metioned in the security section (aka, trouble makers) and you must/should be in/on TS while spectating.
