Gave both a last and final warning at the end of the map.

The next map {dFb}t0x1c didn't return.

I went in and watched him about an hour or so after Minky left.

He was freestyling through the map and did not respond to two warnings before the map ended.

At the end of the map I typed "Younme is trying to get banned".

He responded "Oh Shit" and left.

I wouldn't give him more than one warning in the future. If that doesn't get him to shape up then put up a vote for a 30-day vacation.
