Via the RSA I told JOEY he was banned for 30 days. I did not get to tell him anything else because he typed "lol" and "Cya guys" before I could give him the terms.

Since he left on his own, no kick ban was issued.

He responded to the ban in his usual lippy fashion and then can't understand what he's done wrong.

He sounded a little more humble in his second post. We kind of posted at the same time but I let mine stand anyway. I think he should have been a lot nicer if he knew he was being watched and I don't buy the "It was an accident" crap about the clan advertisement but even if I wipe that one there were several taunts directed at R-Mad designed to show his contempt for R-Mad and us as a clan in my opinion.

I've read all of the posts up till now on this thread and the two others. Just my humble opinion but it may be a good idea to resist the temptation to pile on him with other comments in the other two threads that are public. He's already made an ass out of himself and I don't want to see anyone at DOU fall into that trap with him. Cyg's, MaMa's and RMad's comments hit the nail on the head.

I gotta dollar that says he'll try again with one of his multiple IP's he uses under a different name so heads up on that Admins.

After my last post I happened to see gutwrench on at the same time as Joey reading the thread about Joey.

I have a dollar that says they all know each other and Abb's suggestion we blackhole that area is starting to sound good

It was posted once but seams to of dropped off the list, but clan members where told not to post replies in the complaints dept and to keep it clear. The post's that are there are valid tho, the post types i mean are just the 'here here he should be banned' or the 'you know he is wrong' type post's that don't really add anything to the post..

As for gutwrench i saw him on last night at the same time mama mentioned and also a guest on the same ip seams he likes to view the forum in double...

That whole group probly does cus narheads ip matched wasted as well.
