Ya my bad, I didn't have my clan tag on as I went into the 99 server as tool, got shot and hit on of my preset keys that says "TURD" was asked by {DOU}MOJO who I was calling turd, having no idea who even killed me I said "you' instant kick from game, I came back in was kicked again, I came back in and asked him to come to team speak, he told me he did not have team speak. then why the fuck is he admin, I was then banned from the server. Why the fuck is this fucking moron an admin, I am drooping my DOU tag due to this fucking bullshit, good luck DOU.

I would also like to add that not only would admin not come to team speak to talk to me he has failed to post kicking and banning me and posting ip. good luck keeping it alive with this kind of attitude.

Thats a bit bullshit, and rules for admins state if you are in game as admin you must be in teamspeak, and where is his post to say he has been kicking players??!! he is not very patiant with some people before he kicks and this is just the proof. I think we may need to re-evaluate what is going here.

If Mr. Mojo was just playing and not admiring in general, and then dealt with a problem, then he was not in the wrong.
If he regularly polices the server and does not come to TS or otherwise post on the forum, then he is definitely in the wrong. We will review this ASAP.
That said, Grubb was very much in the wrong here. There are things that I will post that will show this.

Spoke with Natan, and yup, grubb was being a dick.....
Grubb is a long-time member, so I would have given more time and consideration in investigating his grievance. He quit before that was done.
To be honest though, after reviewing what did occur, I believe I would have at the very least suspended Grubb in a very serious manner, and quit possibly expelled him from the clan.
What some of you don't know is that Grubb drinks a bit too much, and when he does he has a tendency to get hostile and aggressive. Last night was no exception.
He said in his post here that he just said turd in general and did not direct it toward anyone. First, right after he got kicked he started texting me. At first he said:

Then a few hours later he text me the following:

Grubb is lying about this. He was drunk, acted stupid, and instead of being embarrassed and apologizing he decided to act like he was wronged and go on a rampage. Honestly, you people should read the texts he sent me, For like 6 hours. I had to turn my phone off when I went to work because it wouldn't stop. He was hammered.
So, yeah, that wouldn't have been enough for me to want to kick him out. He would have been dealt with, but we could have survived it. But the bitch about server logs is that I have them and not many people have access to them for obvious reasons. Check out what else Tool has been up to:

So, yeah, that happened too. That was a clan member using an alias and addressing one of our guests.
I am pretty sure I would have started a process to remove him from membership for that. It's not fun doing that so I am glad he took care of it for me.
If he wants to re-apply for membership in 6 months, power to him. As of now, he is a former member. If he behaves he can play, if he doesn't we will black hole him at the router. We will be watch the logs for his I.P. (insert cough noise directed toward Natan here).

All I will say is this happened so fast I did not get on TS. I then did post the incident on the forum and then went back to the page to see the text and seen he posted it was grubb. I didn't want to cause any more problems than already happened so I removed it. I guess I shouldn't have. I have had issues with a player by the same name in the past and took a stand this time. I hate drama.
I too will remove my tag if this is what will solve this.
Nope, Grubb is gone, problem already solved. There is no reason to feel bad about anything. You didn't do this to him, he did it to himself.
