I've kick/banned Walter's IP's a dozen times.
Disturbed I just kicked. First time I have seen him in a long time.

There's a range so it may take a while for some. They have to run out of ip's eventually.
Meanwhile there is little satisfaction in getting kicked over and over before you can finish a map.
