Time <>7:00 PM Eastern

Reason: Ran from bottom of Bommies to top. Ran the length of the top as well. Otis warned him twice before I kicked him. He did respond "Okay" to Otis' warning, but I had already hit the kick button.

I watched him for some time and was trying to discern whether or not he was just that clueless or just that bad. But in any event he was all over the map for most of the time before I said anything.
