If he's running a cheat on our server it must be one of very poor quality. I've never seen him winning a game so far.
I've spectated him a lot and had to warn him a few times when he started to play on the server.
There also could be two different players with a slighty different name. On the other hand I found this thread where you say its the same peron as KurtW1. In that case he is banned.
According my criteria, KillJoy must be banned, no matter is the quality of his cheat...

Lets first find out if we're talking about one and the same player.
As far as I can see there are two different ones.

After research they are different players but both banned from this moment:
Kill-Joy, who is KurtW1
KILLjoy aka -=SoP=-Britianator, who's been caught running a cheat on his own server. If he uses it there, he would use it here.
Conclusion: Both are Banned !
