Was running all over and assaulting E and Abb and spit ball. Abb kicked him, I grabbed the IP off the RSA before he did. Never responds, he's been annoying before running.

Either this guy does not speak a lick of english or he isnt paying attention.I have tried on numerous occasions to get through to this person about their R&G with no luck. Almost booted for R&G, assault and revenge a bit ago he left right after I logged in.
I've run into him quite a bit over the past month. If I'm thinking of the right guy, he DOES speak english as he replied to me one time about something. I think Abb was admin at the time and said "He does speak!" I might be mistaken for someone else though.
Regardless if that was him or not, He knows the rules, just doesn't give a shit about him.
