LOQUE, Appeal Vote !

Carefully read again the topic of Loque and did not find anything to cleanse him of the charges.

Even if he did not cheat, he did not play as a camper. He did a testing ground for himself on the server.

I voted NO - he just doesn't fit to the server.

I do think that there is something off about his play.

I have been playing for at least 10 years - and although I could be a little slow, maybe the drugs I did in my 20's have retarded my reactions, perhaps there are just somethings that I am better at then UT - or whatever - BUT I still assert that this guy is not right.

In 10 years I have seen many a player run maps. I have even run 2 or 3 in my day. However, never and I mean never in 10 years have I ever seen anyone run maps full of veterans consistently day after day, hour after hour out of the friggin blue. This guy just shows up one day and starts running our server. I call BS. And if it were me getting dumped from the busiest camping/sniper server in UT - I would say that I was not cheating too.

I challenge some of you vet's to think back on your time in UT community - and every time that someone has run maps the way this guy does it always - ALWAYS turns out to be a cheat.

My vote is still no.

I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt, or to abstain, but Otis convinced me with his reply. He beats the best players around and some days he loses from the worst players on the server. That seems to be in contradiction with eachother. I voted No. Keep the ban on.

I will wait for my vote. I need to think in this guy, and I will do to him some questions: age, kids, etc. Not the first time that two people in family plays with the same nickname, causing troubles.

Why sometimes you win with very big scores and sometimes you lost with no good scores...? That is suspicious for some of us in the clan, and generate doubts...

Hi R_Mad,

I understand your suspicions due to the fact that I tend to have good scores on your server, but like you said sometimes I have mediocre or bad scores. I think that's true of everyone, my bad days just seem to have a larger gap between my good days. I'm a competitive player but do not use anything to gain an advantage. I know I have been spec'd before in game but have only been called a "cheater" maybe once in your server by a {DOU} member. I asked them to spec me and thought that cleared things up. It's a bit hard to prove my innocence but I hope the fact that no logs have caught anything on your server can help my case. Thanks for taking the time to message me, hopefully any of what I just typed helped at all.

What would make him think there are no "logs" that caught him cheating? To me, this is an admission of guilt. If I were banned for running a cheat and I wasn't cheating, I would focus more on my innocence and less on the issue of being caught...and unfortunately for him, he was caught...by Grubb.

I think the answer is in that thread about him. Read, please, what says Punisher about him, Chamberly, Grubb, R_Mad. Note that almost every player sees a cheater in him, not a genius.

We do not have logs about this one. Only Tommy can read logs. Do not confuse Loque with Gatecrasher.

I was suspicious about Loque , I know; but an appeal need to be listened and investigated, otherwise we do not need to have an appeal issue respect any banned guy.

So this guy just now wants to let us know that he is [TA]Lime or whatever - I call more BS and furthermore solidifies my decision to keep him banned. Doesn't TA have a server he can play on?

i voted no, enough idiots going about these days without this guy coming in and owning a server till people leave. if he aint cheating he is running around hardcore.

so if he is telling us he aint running a cheat what does he have to say for his constant running and gunning he should be banned.

I've Spectated this guy & saw him make way too amazing shots. Then the next map he SUCKS. I don't even swing that much from maps I like to maps I hate. I never seen other players swing so much either. I see him as AWESOME or he SUCKS...Cheat on & Cheat off.
