If he appeals, perhaps we will learn something more, or else I won't be crying over the loss of him.

I voted YES simply due to the recordings Grubby made. I do not know this player, but his playing style is reminiscent of some of our not so trusted friends...

Yes - something is not right - however, I am cautious not to give way to a lynching based on opinion rather than fact. I agree that it would be interesting to see if he appeals.

He' s cheating...seen it first hand.

When he is cheating it is obvious and to suspicious that he climbs rank like no one anyone as ever seen. You don't need a calculator to see these statistics.

The fact is, if you are camping, you just don't get those kinds of opportunities especially that often and so many games in a row.

I've had games that I've only seen two or three targets. He's knocking everyone dead and we've witnessed that happen with players far from each other.

I think this one is safe to BAN.

1) Too many times I have seen him jump from the ground to the top of a tall building, land, do a 180 and kill a player across the map in less than 1 second. 2)Seeing players behind wall and shooting before they can be seen.

3) Extream scores when DOU not on server or spectating

4) Suspicious entering server and leaving then coming back in.

Entering game and getting 14 frags in 1 minute of play to win the game.

Knowing where Mr. Underhill and others were even though I was giving away his location, he was still killing them.

While I did abstain from the vote because I'm not currently playing on the server it really does sound like he's running a cheat.
