If it ruins everyone's game then that person should go anyway. When they can be in the same spot so everyone else is shooting at that spot and they jump around and get everyone then they definately know where everyone is. Fuckem IMO.

Between 1am and 2am LoveJoy was on and conversing with everyone. Talked to me like she knew me and was using the broken english. Wave called her Lovely from the RSA she answered saying she was a man and not Lovely but then after a while she stopped denying it. Several times she said things very "Lovely" like. For instance someone invited someone else into vent and Lovejoy said " probably want to say lies about me". There were many others. Sounded like her to me.

I spectated for over an hour and did not see one single thing that the player did that was against our rules. Whoever it is they are very quick to drop into a squat from a full run and shoot with incredible accuracy. I posted their info earlier. It did seem weird once in Tyris's room when she was on the top shelf in the closet and all of a sudden ran to the other end, looked down and shot Evil off a shelf below her. Happened very fast.

Not sure who this is but they are trouble and need to be watched.

I was playing with Lovjoy before mama came on, and the shots were WAY too unbelievable to be just skilled. Now I don't like saying someone is using something, when I think something is up I will say something, and I think something is up.

I was at an old SUF players house this weekend, and was informed that players he knew had got around ACE the first day. Just thought I should mention this while I still remember it, lol.

Nothing positive comes when LoveJoy is playing. Players leave, negative comments back and forth, etc...

This is the type of player that ran off players in the past. We finally built it back up, do we want this player to tear it down?

I would agree that just because we can't prove someone is cheating doesn't mean they aren't but it gets a little dicey from there. Do we ban everyone we suspect might be running a cheat? and if so where do we draw the line with that? We need to be carefull what path we start down.

Cheating or not She is just a shit disturber with all players.

I think that we're beyond the point of "suspecting" that she/he is cheating. When I get shot across the map after she/he turns nearly 90 degrees to shoot me while half-way behind cover and beats me to the punch, that is a radar or something else I am not aware of.

Does the common phase apply - "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" ???

If so - time for a ban vote gentlemen (with respects to R-Mad). You should know me by now that I would not play that card unless I absolutely thought it was time. We can use Wave's extensive IP collection and other IP's listed to use a smart bomb on her versus carpet bombing her variable proxy IP's.

That has been my point since day one. Some people call everyone who beats them a cheater. Not everybody who out-plays a clan member is a cheater. But yes, some are.

Under no circumstances should anyone accuse someone else of cheating without proof. Suspect them all you want, but don't say it, because if you are in fact wrong then you are in fact an asshole.

I also suggest backing off on calling people Lovely without proof. It may be her, but we do not know that for a fact.

If this person is a problem then deal with the problems we see. Act on the facts, keep the suspicions to this private area.

I agree with Tommy.

I think that although we can be disturbed by the playing way of some players (including cheaters), clan members must keep our composure.

We lose credibility when we apply rules or give opinions about things that we ourselves do not accomplish. That includes some foul language sometimes used by members...

When the Deep Thrombosis story occured, mAmA and I were trying to get information in differents ways, including using other nicknames (in my case), taking pics and analyzing the conversations. We never said nothing to the others to avoid an information escape.

To find something to help us in making a determination, we must be smarter... last night, when all members except myself, left the game, LoveJoy continued playing in the server. He/she asked me "You hate me as well?"... I said no and we continue talking about my ping. I notice he/she was absolutely relaxed. That was obvious, he won last night round. After a while he/she left probably happy....

Regarding statements made by Tommy, I believe that all members must simply obey. Close your mouth and open your eyes and ears...

If it were only DOU members that were having a problem with he/she then it would

be simple. Keep our mouths shut. But he/she is getting into it with others. When I spectated

he/she at the end of massive bedrooms, he/she assaulted someone.

I did not kick he/she because it was at the end of a map and I wanted to see a pattern.

He/she went on to lose three straight maps because she saw me spectating. He/she definately has a third eye but I can't prove it so I can't accuse he/she of running a cheat. He/she does play 24/7 so is probably just really good. It doesn't excuse he/she from assaulting and revenging.

I am convinced that he/she does not know that he/she is doing it. He/she wants to win so badly they are blind to what they are doing. I see this in tennis all the time. Players want to win so bad that a ball can land in but they see it out.

I see no reason not to ban someone who is completely disruptive to the server as a whole. When lovejoy is on it absolutely does cause people to run. Especially when they see every time lovejoy gets killed he transes with all he has across the room to get back to his spot.

If we want to server to a better place IMO we need to weed out the ones who make it less of a fun place where people follow the rules.

If we can't prove she's / he's running a cheat let's ban her/ him based on what we CAN prove.

Anytime she/he breaks a rule. Write down the critical info. Where, what, when, and against whom. Let's prove she's a nuisance and launch her/ him into space. In all fairness I don't think we should ban someone because they are so good we suspect them of running a cheat.

What is the point of having something that is privately owned if you can't reserve the right to refuse service to anyone? It's a public server that is not paid for by them, so you can kick anyone you want for being disruptive to it. Just because you allow them to play here doesn't mean they have a right to play here and to make it shitty for everyone.
