I've kickbanned =& several times now and he keeps coming back.

He even had the nerve to ask what he was being banned for. Disregards every rule we have and then acts like he has no clue as to what he's done.

A more permanent solution would be helpful.

I thought what tommy did last night was more permanent but I guess not as I see he is on again tonight.

Must be a hacker in addition to being a colossal A-hole

Yeah, he joined in late tonite while Evil and I were there. I asked if he was aware that he had been banned - he played confused/stupid, but was respectful and wanted to know what he should do. I told him to talk to an admin and left it at that.

Obviously if he was banned, he changed his IP.

Oh - also for what it's worth, SHADOW{WOLF} was pretty disrespectful to EVIL more than few times. Assaulting then being a smartass and what-not.

He (Shadow) was a recruit here, then changed his mind suddenly and joined the WOLF clan. I'm not sure why he would come here and dissrespect anyone, he was friendly to me everytime I had seen him since he joined WOLF. Maybe he and =& are friends.

The IP's should be checked to be sure it wasn't an impostor. It could be someone making trouble again.

He is always respectful when his hide's been nailed to the wall....It's an act to try and get back into the clan's good graces. If he doesn't believe he's being watched he'll go back to the same stuff he was doing before.

Yeah that shadow was arguing with hundo earlier. In the map where he pissed me off so much he assaulted me 4 times in a row and said lol every time. First time he ran past me, then ran back and jumped me. Next couple times he saw me and transed up to me. These were in close places so it was pretty quick. Then I spawned evidently fairly close again, he transed down to me and shot me. All of these were cases where he could have shot me from afar and chose to come closer. So I was getting pissed and told him about not doing that shit. He just said no one else minds how he plays, and started being an ass. Did some more on the next map then left.

There was another spanish guy, ramsutio or whatever, him and =& were all over the 2 maps after otis left. I told them to quit and =& actually settled down some. I switched to spectator and then he really settled down like usual. The other guy knew enough english to say "no sorry I can't speak english I'm spanish" but not enough to stop running. At the end =& and him went back and forth in spanish a bit so hopefully he told him some of what I said. Told him to check the site and read the rules.

Tried to come in again tonite while I was spectating - booted on site.

Interesting that I saw RaZor give him the ASC boot just a few short days ago.

He's another that knows his way around a ban. He's never actually paid for his original ban because he ignorred it and came right back. He has no respect fot this server, its rules, or anyone breathing that I know of. Thnx for applying the boot 😉

Seen MAMA kicked him again today... Should ask him to play Half-Life/Counterstrike instead...

I believe he may be playing under "DemonOfTheUnderworld" now - can't be sure though. He was on with Wisdom who is his buddy, same skin, same movements, same taunts. Wisdom however, is good people.

Wisdom was not always good people.

The two of them( he and =&) were always together, running, assaulting, revenging, and then as is typical complaining that everyone else is abusing them :nopitya: laughable if you had spectated them in those days.

Originally I started kicking them both, there are posts regarding this if you feel like digging. When I would warn and then kick one, the other would give me a load of lip and start insulting me and the server ( not always in that order,lol ).

=& was definitely the worse of the 2 but after a while I noticed Wisdom stopped speaking up for his buddy. After dicussion with the some of the other admins, we decided =& had to go. He was a constant dissruptive force on our server and was rude and vulgar toward all the admins that had any contact with him (there are posts about this too btw ) Not long after he and Wisdom were added to the "kick on site list", Wisdom started playing nice too. I started looking the other way when he came in as long as he was playing nice. It was actually just because I thought it would make =& even more upset knowing his friend was welcome again and he still was not. No bans worked on =& btw, he would come right back in after you kicked him. Another one of those IP changers.

So Wisdom still seems to be playing nice, It's good to hear. =& keeps trying to suck up but I'm not buying. He gave too many of us a hard time for too long

I was spectating a month or two ago and Tommy issued an ASC ban on =& too.

Hope a way can be found to defeat this.
