The fact is that he was listening and repeating on the server.

The second time I kicked him, I asked the other members who was there if I should kick him. Answer was yes so I did. After that I moved everyone in a private section.

And when you play a couples of team games, if one is not one, who in you never made that mistake? I taught was a team game till he asked me and one blue player killed me. 😳

What I was speaking to really had very little to do with =&, who for the record is a player I do not like. Mistakes happen and this may be a case of that, but I'm not really addressing that either.

I was speaking to people being allowed to pass in a game where the object is to shoot as many players as you can to win.

If members give other members the right to pass without being shot, guests who are watching and, or, listening in Vent will get the idea we are not playing fair. This will get around as people often gossip about things heard in Vent, let's face it.

Who should have the right to pass ? DOU members ? Certain guests but not others ?

In my opinion it should be an all or nothing rule.

I don't want to know where anyone is unless it's a TDM game and I will allow no one to pass unless they are spawning. I expect the same from all of you.

Agreed mama - however it's always been my style that if I see and trust someone that has shot me and I see where they were I will leave them alone unless I have a clear shot at them. Meaning I am not going out of my way to get you back even though I know where you are. This is something I was taught early in my UT career by the SUF members - we had a "class code" we had to play by (which is why I was kicked form their Team Speak - my potty mouth 😆 ) and that experience has stuck with me. I will most likely shoot anybody anytime and usually do not do so discriminatingly - just ask Concrete. Shoot first ask later is my moto. I think we walk a fine line if we play favorites in a full match. When It's just me and a few others (3-4) peeps in the game and in vent - I will play a bit differently. I doubt that is going to change - but in a full server with 75% guests is a different story and we need to be aware of our Clan Integrity. Thats all I will say about it - besides it gives people like =& a case for acting like an asshole.

BTW - I see he/she took my advice and has joined our forum. So let's see what this one is made of.

Yes I do agree shoot what you see. If sometimes you don't shoot you might get shoot anyway any that is not as much fun so let her rip. If I see someone running and transing sometimes I will let them go so they can hide if it's someone I know has what I call UT ethics. But if you do know them and shoot anyway even if it's me laugh it off, it's all in FUN.

As for =& he seems to be getting better and is always here so I guess time will tell.

Getting better when an admin is there yes but beleive me he is not like that when nobody watch.

Would like to beleive it however having had so many negative experiences with =& makes that a little difficult.

He/she has said things like that many times before and then once again is caught breaking the rules. Then to add insult to injury says " Well no one else is following the rules" the classic copout of the truly pathetic. Shortly after started telling me to "F... off".

This is not a specific incident but more like a composite of several incidents that only vary slightly.

We'll see.

I am going to back up concrete's statement. He has been acting better lately which is not an easy thing to type considering that I have told him quite a few nasty things through the game after he has said things like you have described. I haven't seen him revenge or hunt in quite awhile and his attitude is much better to the point where i dont have to get in fights at all. But, only time can tell if he will act up again 😛

Well my reasoning in inviting him to the forum was to open a dialog with him/her since he/she/it will continue to frequent our server.

We should invite all the run and gunners or assaulters into the forum an ventrilo. They may turn out to be nice people that need a little talking to about the rules or

we may confirm that they don't belong on the server.

well [OMA]Yo Momma sure was nice on vent until he started playing a couple of days after. I was sitting on a building and had shot his trans. He later found my position while roaming the map and we had a close shoot out. (close meaning from 5-9 meters away)

Then he came back as fast as he could to revenge me in the same manner as described above. Then when i called him on it by typing "wtf?" he got all defensive knowing what he had done wrong by typing. "Revisio wtf?" "wtf?" about 7 times. I am not to happy to know that these run & gunners would in vent cause i would be getting into fights every second.

OMA your momma should be strung up by his toe-nails and slowly bleed dry through his eye-sockets. He has been around for much longer and is involved with a clan. Most of our pain in the ass guests are not. =& has been a great big pain for a year now and obviously is not going to play anywhere else - so why not try to make him accountable?

OMA your momma is a lost cause and will continue to be until he moves out of his mothers basement and gets a taste of the real world.
