Might be a new low but it makes for easier detection. What is most troubling about this that they might start pulling their cheat shit on other clan's servers using DOU names.

It might be wise to alert other clans as to what we're dealing with here and to let us know if anything suspicious happens elswhere.

And BTW, didn't that very thing happen to another clan before this shit started here?

I believe these are the very same people.I have been paying close attention to this since it started. They first started comming here as ZSZ clan members creating Kaos and using various cheats. Once recognized, they started to use bizarre names like the entire alphabet ( yup, kicked a guy cheating playing as the entire alphabet a-z and every letter in between,lol). After we learned to single those out they switched to imitating guests and have now come full circle to imitate clan members with the difference that it's DOU they are imitating and not ZSZ.

They often return after being kicked, sometimes 5 or 6 times in a single map. The Kickban dosn't hold them either.

We had 15 to 18 players on last nite during peak hours, they came in 5 or 6 times.

Heard back from Dash. He can't get me the info but referred me to an admin, [ZSZ] Evil Dragon. I sent him/her a copy of the pm I sent to Dash asking for their help.

Shit with that IP range they have to either be jumping around like crazy or using an IP spoofer. I wish there was a thing for UT like there is for vbulliten forum software. They have a thing where it checks your windows ID and bans per that so no matter what else they change they won't come back. Of course with all the other OSes here that don't even get UTDC checked that would be a little less usefull.

The new UTDC has effectively shut them down, and as a result I think they have lost interest in our server.

I do have logs of the cheat they are running, I will post details later.

I just received these responses from [ZSZ] Evil Dragon. The first response is at the bottom.

Two more things came to my mind you could do already now in case you don't have them yet:

install AKA20k to keep track of them, and also install HostnameBan and IPToCountry.

That way you can get and ban their hosts.

Banning just one IP or ASC ID is useless on these guys since they are changing both more often than others change their underwear.

As first aid for now: to prevent them from cheating install UTDCv21.

The cheat they are using is the ITPbot and UTDCv21 detects that one.
