Heriberto Lazcano was kicked Monday Nov 19th at approx. 8:51 EST for running. He attempted to re-enter several times but was kicked for the remainder.
He ignored repeated warnings to camp. I asked if he spoke english, he said he did not. I spoke to him in spanish, he said he did not speak spanish ( in spanish of course, lol ). My wife has a few phrases translated for me from english to spanish. One is "stop running". I also told him in spanish to read our rules and gave him the address. Probably wouldn't do any good as the rules are in english. I made an effort but Im not the United nations.

I don't feel comfortable myself and I'm not that new... 8) so goes life... 😕

I am trying to watch the server as much as I can right now to send a message to the people that think they can come here and do what they want. As a matter of fact I have barely played in the last few weeks. I am hoping it will keep the regulars in line at the very least. It seems to be better than it was. I will keep it up for a while longer.
If you are not comfortable saying something I can understand. If you see someone breaking the server rules and you feel like calling them on it ... PLEASE ! Go ahead.
This is your server too, even if you are a new member, you are still DOU.
If you know of a repeat offender that often breaks our rules, feel free to send me a pm. It will let me know I need to keep an eye on that person when they visit us.
BTW ... I automatically watch anyone with a "Geof" tag 😆

One of us almost only spectating while others DOU are playing. And of course not always the same guy watching : let's be fair with everyone.
I'm sorry to be taking SAS 2K4 server as an example quite often but you know I play 2K4 sometimes.
They do a great policy job to keep their server pleasant.
They're about 15 of their members and admins turning over to survey the game without playing (one of them almost ALL the time) and warn any free styler as soon as he starts spoiling a game.
It is a great pleasure to play a pure camping style. They only allow few crouching moves if nothing happens.
