master_(MKD) was kicked12-24-08 at approx 7:25pm EST for running and ignoring several warnings to stop. Played like a noob. Didn't seem to know what he or she was doing. None the less, too many players on the server to allow it to continue.

How in the hell did you even remember this?

I always write down the offenders name, date, time, and infraction on a post it note and stick it on my monitor right after. This one fell off and I didn't remember it for a few days. Found it stuck to some paperwork the other day and posted.
