This guy is just an all around pain in the ass. Revenge, Run, Revenge, Spawn Kill - another one that just doesn't care. He's played here enough - I gave him one warning and he just kept on going. Spawn kill, run run run.

He's a repeat offender Otis, been booted plenty. Used to play at TKK No Rulz server. Hard core run-n-gun. Now that's gone he's comming here. Can't seem to confine himself by following our rules. Usually he shows off his IP switching skills and comes back the same map you boot him from.

Back in the day - he used to say hi and stuff to me. Doesn't mean much I know, but it does demonstrate that he understands at least some english. Since I've been with DOU however he hasn't spoken word one to me. And he completely ignored me last night - even with warning text in the center of the screen.
All you can do is make a reasonable effort, there are too many of them now to concentrate on any one of them for too long. As quick as you get one handled there are 3 more to take their place. Assuming he speaks English, I would try letting him know he is about to make our ban list, if he ignores that, nothing left to do.
