This guy did it more than once. He was discussing with me before about using by me dark skin. He insulted me too. Now, when he repeated this, I think, that he is a stupid noob, using foul language and insulting players. I don't want to play with him on our server.
In this case, I propose an instant ban.
He came in Ts tonight asking why he was banned, I told him to post on the forum.
I didn't ban him and i don't see a post saying he is banned. He does deserve to be IMO.
He is not banned under the range ban on Merek, different isp.
