Didn't somebody have some evidence to present about Mimetic telling people not to come to our server? Whatever happened to that and why wasn't it presented?

He was kicked and came back minutes later - this guy is trash and dangerous to our server.
I don't see any posts by members saying, " Memetic is a great guy and should be allowed to remain here as a guest".
Why do we bother ? Is he kicking in for the server costs ? I doubt it.
He's a nuisance and a known associate of the SS Assclowns. Let's put it to a vote and be done with it.

Anyways is it possible for anyone to check the vent logs and see about a player named spud who came in at 9:40ish and was switching channels constantly. When i pm'd him he closed it, then i copy and pasted "Are you changing channels or is someone switching you" he didnt answer but closed it and left the vent server. He was also on the other night and came on only when i was on and went straight to the UT sniper server channel. Is this Mimetic?
