Many complaints about this one for close killls and assault from guests, even by {DOU}mr_head.
After I started to spectate him he seemed to be moving a bit to much but couldn't caught him on breaking any more rules.

After a IP check by R-Mad this seems to be a guestplayer with a bad attitude who comes around by under a lot of different names. We counted 10 so far.
Decided to ban his IP.
i watched this one for a bit on the {DOU}bunker map, and they spent alot of time lying in prone position behind a pipe, but still won the map with a huge amount of kills. after the map i then joined in for a game on the next map, when i was close killed by moonlight.
