Generally, I like to keep the complaint area to threads where we need to interact with the public, as in them making an issue known or if we need to take action with a non-member.
In this case it was probably just a random drive-by fucktard. Keep an eye on it but I wouldn't worry too much right now. This shit happens from time to time. People get bored...
