NaKaShiMa Ban Vote

I have voted yes. Even though I have no prior experience with the player I have seen the names attached to the posts complaining about this one, the descriptions of the incidents, and that for me is enough.

He's on my Christmas card list but I voted to ban him anyway.

If you cant read the rules and follow them,or at least answer people who are talking directly to you,then you need a BAN!

A clear majority with none opposed.

First admin to see him, tell him he is banned for 30 days and needs to come to the forum at the end of the ban if he wants to come back, then ban him.

Post in the Complaint Dept like this .... NaKaShiMa 30day ban 5-__-10. In the post include the ip

That way it will show in the forum topics and will be easy to find, not to mention it will let us know when his ban started at a glance.

After 30 days, move the thread to the hall of shame.

I got on the server tonight and found C-OPS Nakashima playing. I reviewed this post and asked her IN PORTUGUESE to please leave the server as she is banned from playing here for 30 days starting May 20 per Mama's post about the vote results numerous times. C-OPS Ned was in there so he said that he would Canny so I could explain to him on vent. After spending approx 45 min explaining the situation about our ban to Canny, Cyg, and Jarg, Canny said for me to tell her in portuguese that she should leave otherwise she would be punished by the C-OPS. I did so and she refused - so I kicked her for the match and she did not return.

Kicked about 6:45pm PST on DOU - Massive Bedrooms

The May 23, I sent a PM to Canny in the CoPS forum, about Nakashima:

"Hi

This guy had received a 30 days ban in our server, due running, gunning, spawkilling and for not to listen the warnings...

I warned him in English and in Portuguese, but he refused to obey the rules.

In the next 30 days, he will can go to our forum to ask for a new admition, but if he appears trying to join the server before that time, he will be banned definitively.

Please copy this post to Mesquita. He agreed to talk with him.

Very expresive...

Nakashima is a 14 y.o. guy, so I believe he will become in a trouble...

If he does not respect the ban he will no longer be welcome here and be added to the hall of shame along with the K.O.S. list.

the ban was put on as in earlier post if he has changed ip's etc to get around it then its the kos list....
