New ban policy

I am thinking a new and better policy might better serve our interests. How about this - Bans will be permanent but with an appeal process. The process can be informal, we will just deal with people on a case by case basis. However, when banned, even if the appeal is successful, it can not be lifted before 30 days. This way, even if we decide to give someone a second chance down the line, there are still consequences to their actions. T
