According to the IP county, both Bostero and Walter play from the same IP source
In the past days I have been watching Walter playing, and I noticed he usually camps, and mostly of the time he respect the rules, so that raises dubts about whether they are the same person...
Tonight I spoke with Walter... he answered my questions and did some comments and questions to me, and finally I concluded that they play from an Internet cafe (Cybercafé), and they are not the same person... but I could be wrong anyway...
Considering Tommy's transparency policy in our server, I would give him the benefit of the doubt so I would ask all you do not kick Walter but put an eye in him, to check his behaviour...

I kicked a runner a while back, he then tried to reconnect using the name Walter, I don't remeber the name he was using when I kicked him, but he seems to be trouble IMO.
