Nah...I'm lying. I voted no. I posted several times about this one, including the post named "A band of hooligans". Like mAmA I was surprised we not banned this one two years ago...
On the other hand he uses to play with a group of other troublemakers, all from England, and they interchange their nicknames and play like a team to bother other players...
I really think he is a complete asshole, and his band of buddies too.

I just now cast my vote for "NO". It's a half hearted appeal at best.
I kept thinking there would be something more coming from him but I guess that's it. He obviously enjoy's being a pain in the ass.
