My self, I don't believe a word he's said so far but if he seems honest about regretting his behavior I might vote to give him another chance.

We've had a few that turned around and a few that didn't. For me the plus about giving them a second chance is they can't say we didn't and usually you find out whether or not you made a mistake pretty quick.
