On request: Zjones Ban Vote !

Voted Yes

This idea that he may be =& has been the mutual clan stance since he started coming around. Based on that - it put me at 50%.

Having read the posts concerning Zjones in the past several months - up to the most recent put me over at 51%.

51+50 = 101% YES

I voted NO.

I suspected, like others, that zjones was &= but there are no proof about that...

On the other hand, I like zjones, he is polite and well educated with me, and I consider him a friend of mine. I never had a problem with him, and I had never seen him breaking rules despite what others administrators say.

I believe he is not a worst guest comparing him with people like GUT, bite me, and others clowns

I 'm believing also this ban police need some moderation. I'm feeling we are acting like a band applying the Lynch law, and not like a democratic group.

I've been voting against the ban for 30 days (as useless) and I approve the immediate ban of guys who suddenly appear in the server or come a few times to ruin our fun, but with frequent guests we should be more tolerant.

In democracy people talk and discuss the points with restraint and respect and rarely vote, only to choose who directs and applies rules.

For example why this votation was put in...? Who decided y why?

I do not approve or agree with this way of making all decisions as hasty vote.

We are becoming intolerant, and very arrogant as a clan.

That is a bad policy.

Also it has been said one or two of these TKK's that have been mixing it up with Zjones are just as bad.

If so we need to vote on the lot of them not just single out one.

Even if I do not agree with the poll in question I will put up a vote thread when the clan seems to need a decision about something. I think we would be arrogant and intollerant if we didnt listen to the feelings of our own clanmates. You can concider it bad politics but it is still democracy.

BTW Bison zjones had the same bad English/grammar as =& for the longest time but has gotten better with years of interaction while being accused of breaking rules on the server...

I VOTE HELL YES. I saw him in action & now he's trying to lie his way out of it. If he doesn't get banned then a coordinated effort needs to be made to spectate him when he doesn't know it to see if the TKK guys are right or not.

First, the democracy is not a succession of votings...

Usually in democracy it is voted a few times, mainly to choose those who govern us. And we delegate in them authority to take decisions.

It is the accepted leadership (the voted leader) the one that applies the law, not the rabble.

It was not a democracy when the assistants for the Roman circus were voting for the life or death of any person (and they decided for majority...)

In a community I can accept the decisions of a leader, so though sometimes it could be wrong, but I trust in his good judgment...

But I do not trust in the decisions of a mass that does not contribute wise opinions but it expresses his ideas with obnoxiousness and bad words.

Frankly speaking, I am surprised with need to vote on his ban.

Yes , him and i have butted heads for along time that is no secret, i am sure he is =& as he talks the same trash to me as =&,

I have absolutely no respect for him and would love to see him kickin rocks.

I have had no problems with Zjones personally..... but I keep a pretty low profile in all the maps, so we don't cross paths very often.

I'm undecided at this point 🙁

Wheather he's =& or not, is not important, his sneaky play style and rule breaking should be the main focus here.

I have spoken with Zjones on TS, and yes he seems like a nice guy, but his playing on the server drives many away.

GUt is playing by the rules since his Ban was lifted, He is also in TS often and is also a nice guy.

We have been very tolerant with Zjones, I get constant complaints from players to watch him.
