There has been a continuing problem with some players dropping their trans in a location and then venturing out looking for kills only to trans back at the first sign of being in trouble. From what I've read the majority of members feel this is not camping.
The running rule as it is now:
1) No running - this is a camping server. It's ok to run to a place to hide. Do not run/trans from one place to another looking for kills, that is freestyle and not allowed here.
This is how the revised rule would read:
1) No running - this is a camping server. It's ok to run to a place to hide. Do not run/trans from one place to another looking for kills, that is freestyle and not allowed here. That includes dropping your translocator in one place and then venturing out looking for kills. You can drop your trans and go pick-up stuff like health, redeemers and armor as long as it is nearby and you don't assault or R&G anyone in the process.
Please vote "yes" if you agree with the rule change.
Vote "no" if you don't agree with it.
Vote "more discussion is needed" if that is your opinion.
I'm going to let this run for a couple of weeks.
ok just out of curiosity here if i get spotted somewhere i usually will tele/run to find another spot real quick although i dont move around all the time in this fashion not sure it would really be noticable no more than it happens just a thought

No, that's not what we're looking at here. If you're camping and you're discovered, you have every right to get to a new spot as long as you don't assault to do it.
What this is about is someone specifically leaving their trans as a safety valve to get to a fallback position so they can r&g, hunt or some other bullshit.
