Good question!
The three times out was done when we still had the 30days ban. Now it has become a permanent ban and we have to re-invent this rule again, I think. With all the new players lately the security thread is getting loaded. We need to have this three strikes out rule updated!
Proposal:
When a players name shows up three times in two months time in the security threads, and are warned / kicked, they will be automaticly banned permanent with a chance to appeal. Let’s make a special thread with canditades, where we can put in names to keep us all awake! For anyone else falling outside the two months period we will have to start a vote as usual.
It seems that Charger’s idea about this wasn’t so bad afterall I guess….

I understand this may not be a democracy. I am, however, at a loss to understand why after such a strong following, this would even be considered for veto.

I'm not pretty sure about this idea.
Some guys who have been warned, may be just noobs that will eventually learn.
Being reprimanded three times does not mean they are troublemakers.
I think we know very well who are problematic. They need to be banned.
Others could be future recruits.
Several of our recruits, and full members too, broke rules when they began..

We should not solve all situations based on votes.
We need to talk.
Talk and exchange views and seek advice from the oldest.
In our forum, a good conversation, including the opinion of the oldest, needs some weeks, no only 24 hours to decide based in a votation.
We are committing errors of judgment.
For example iSudo, a complete asshole, racist and other bads things, became a recruit...
Latch, a noob, became banned with less than a week playing.
Maybe the 30days ban with the ‘three strikes (in two months), you’re out’ would a perfect combination?
