In Chile, Argentina and some other countries of Latin America there are public places with PC machines called "Cyber Café".

In such a places you can access to Internet and play games from different machines.

Usually, there are a server.

Most of the Geof guys uses a Cyber Café at Tucumán; a city in the north of Argentina.

I do not know if that kind of places exist in USA or Europa.

They are very difficult to control properly.

The 8===D guy and USSR do not play from the same location, the I.P.'s are very different.

According the behaviour of both, USSR and Walt Disney (8=D), I think they are the same person... 😕

And I suspect about wisdom too... he appears just in time with walt disney... 😮
