Kicked for being a dick. Trying to close-kill, will back-up kill if he can get enough distance. Enters people's spots and won't leave and, when he does leave, will come back and shoot them. Multiple warnings. A bit out of practice and forgot to grab his i.p. I think it was this one on the list.

I know he was in the US because I looked everyone up just before that. Never will he answer commands or questions. Attacked me personally and then after I left the next map tried the same on other players. It was right toward the end of a map so I left him on the ban list rather than simply kick so he could return. Unable to determine if he is one of the troublemaker Punishers from past threads.
