qpefax comes in to start trouble. He has been in the last 2 weks or so & the complaints start. He came in today & I immediately warned him to play by the rules. His attitude is such that when he gets called out for breaking the rules he says "clam down dude it's just a game" I explained the rules & he explained that I'm too uptight. I warned him right off to obey the rules and he told me to calm down I told him to "SHUT UP" & he didn't. He has done this before & then left but only after wrecking somebody's game with a close kill/assault. His tactic is to have a conversation which annoys the players thus the "SHUT UP". He got pissed & dropped the F-bomb so I kicked him.
