Better let Rad tell him the rules on our server. (PL) stands for Poland.

On the other hand it's an English speaking server, so the least this Roofi(PL) guy could do is trying to get some of the basic rules of the game.

Otherwise let him move to a Polish server.

I talked to Roofi when playing against him first time. I found out that Roofi lives in my city, his knowledge of English seems to be poorly. I explained him the rules, so he should follow them. I'll try to work on him.
