While trying to keep calm in the server tonight, I feel that I am to lenient in kicking. I would like to know what your limits are.
I give three warnings before I kick. Is this too much?
Is there an offense that qualifies for immediate kicking?
In short, I want to be consistent with the rest of the admins. So let me know how you all view kicking so I can get a feel for how I should be.

I usually warn 3 times
I warn 3 times if they are new. Sometimes after 2 they notice and ask about the rules, sometimes they never notice anything until you kick them. Or they are ignoring it, either way the kick gets their attention better. I sometimes have new people come back later and ask why and after explaining the rules they get better.
If they have been kicked before and should know better then once and kick the next time they do it. Often this is repeat offenders that will either stop with one warning or just ignore you. So they either stop or they get kicked.

I think this should be the normal limit with the usual exceptions you get with some players .....
any answering back from a player in a negative way should result in an instant kick .....
