This one is a friend of me, but he dissapointed me every time I talked with him about the rules, in the server, by PM and including by Messenger.
He believes he plays fine and into the rules despite the many times I've explained that he is wrong.
So, I believe we need to ban him....
He is becoming a pain in the ass.

Give him a chance to begin the recruitment period. I think to myself that this may motivate him to better behavior.
In total, the guy is not so bad.

I warned this guy a few times, he settled down for a little while, then Enforcer killed him, he went back across the map to revenge and then back across the map to the other side.
