Here we are, time to vote on whether PEPE needs to be banned.
He breaks all the server rules, has disrespected (cursed) every admin that's spoken to him, and cursed all the players in the server in a foreign language (spanish?) over and over.
I don't think there's any point in giving this piece of human debris a "time out".

Given the size of our active membership it is unlikely enough votes will surface to save PEPE, not that anyone would want to IMO.
We will call this done. Vote comcluded, PEPE banned.
If any admins see him give him the news, record his ip, and ban him.
